bronchodilation by acting directly on bronchial smooth muscle.

release of allergy mediators such as histamines from mast cells..

Actions of norepinephrine
Vaso constriction > norepinephrine cause a rise in peripheral resistance due to
intense vasoconstriction of most vascular beds, including the kidney.
Norepinephrine causes greater
vasoconstriction than epinephrine .
Baroreceptor reflex
In isolated cardiac tissue , noepinephrine
stimulates cardiac contactility.
Effect of atropine pretreatment
It blocks the transmission of vagal effects ,
is given before noepinephrine,
stinulation of the heart by noepinephrine is evident as tachycardia.
